Kaslaberl (2 lightly pan-fried vegetarian potato/egg/cheese patties topped with Liptauer)
Herwig's Crabcake (using colossal crab meat!)
Grenadiermarsch (pasta sauteed with various meats, fresh herbs and potatoes into a crisp hash)
